How do I play online?

Playing online means playing the game directly on our website within your web browser instead of downloading and installing the game on your computer. To play online you need an internet connection and a web browser with the appropriate software plug-in (player) installed.

When an online game is listed under "Premium Web Games", this tells you that you can download an offline version which has much, much more features! Web Games have very limited features (no saving, no extras, no levels, etc) compared to the Premium Downloadable Games, which have all the features!

Click on the button bar above called "Web Games". This will take you to our online game section.

	This could be because the game was previously installed and played on your computer, and was uninstalled. Please purchase the game from our site to play the full version.

	What are the system requirements for a game?
	The games we offer can be played on a variety of different machines. Typically, if you have a PC or Mac you will need at least 128MB RAM and 500MHz processor. For detailed system requirements information on particular game, find the game you are interested in and click the "more info" link and this will open up the game's info page which will list the system requirements for this particular game.

	How can I request further technical support?
	If your questions are not answered above and you require further assistance, please fill out a Help Request Form. We typically respond to all help requests within 2 business days.
